Overview
- For years there has been little to no effort from ecommerce and WCM platforms to marry the functionality and needs of each into a single cohesive environment that empowers marketing to easily manage their promotions, provide seamless editing integration, create rich, personalized content that targets user profiles, provide higher conversion and long term retention.
- Disconnected user experiences across most eCommerce and WCM platforms have made it difficult for users to remain oriented and productive.
- Clients have ended up with messy integrations on the front and/or back end.
- WCM platforms have not fully surfaced Mobile and Desktop management controls into the user tools
- The goal was to bridge this gap.
Vision Statements
- Empower merchants to use intuitive visual tools to easily create and validate moderate-to-complex multi device commerce site experiences.
- Remove the developer from day-to-day site management activities, but allow the developer to build components that simplify merchant tasks.
- Integrate with best of breed platforms for targeting, digital asset management, personalization, workflow, analytics, and other critical adjacent functionality.
- Distinguish ourselves in the market with simple but powerful concepts and a user interface centered around visual manipulation of site elements with multi-device features at the forefront.
- Have the power of Oracle and Demandware with the intuitive UI of Squarespace.
