Gigamon

Overview

• Define product/ux requirements for next generation Gigamon Threat Insight (GTI)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine the feature set and identify any potential gaps and shortcomings in features and user flows.
• Conduct wayfinding research and feasibility sessions with internal stakeholders and customers on taxonomy and terminology. (Interviews, Tree Testing, Card Sorting, Surveys, and Prototype Reviews)
• Outline current workflows and provide insight into enhancements and improvements.
• Develop UX framework for next generation GTI Client experience.
• Establish a style guide and pattern library that could be integrated into Storybook.
